Hidden behind the main St Kilda Rd shops and buildings, this Indonesian place serves yummy Indonesian food at reasonable prices. Beef Rendang,egg plants are two of the favorites. Stuff are always nice and friendly and smiling. But I have to add on a couple of visits the beef Rendang hasnt been the best. This place is close to the Indonesian consulate in Melbourne. Food must be authentic if they want to get some of their business.

Cafe Batavia

The food at this little cafe is fresh and vibrant, and this could explain the queues out the door every lunchtime. The Pho is delicious, and I have recently become a convert to their Bahn Mi rolls. If you are in the area, it is worth braving the queue and try the food.

Lovely night to sit outside in the courtyard area shared with local bar.  Our waiter from Argentina was great and even looks like Rupert Friend, we told him several times which impressed him!  It was quite busy and he was the only waiter and seemed to be unfazed and attentive.  Food was good, although the curry looked more authentic than the kotthu, Lion beers went down a treat.  Enjoyed the level of spice, that was perfect, will go the chicken or fish curry next time.

Delicious food. I usually liathe aubergine but the sticky aubergine dish has won eggplant a new fan- at least when i eat at Tokyo Tina!Really nice to have friendly helpful enthusiastic yet relaxed service that really contributed to a great evening (and it was a causual sour of the miment dinner date so we had no expectations or hopes for a special evening which is what it became!). Pretty good value too! Good on ya TT team!

Another superb meal at this consistently excellent restaurant.  The lamb cutlets are unbeatable.  Great, friendly staff.

This ice cream store is a Melbourne chain store, specializing in sea salt ice cream, the ice cream inside the taste is a bit salty, with chocolate to combine, the taste is very unique.
